Attorney J. Gerald Ingram graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1974 and Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1978. He was admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court and all state courts of inferior jurisdiction in 1978; the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1982; the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1997; the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1986; and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1992.

He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Mahoning County Bar Association, and was the Association’s President in 2007 and 2008. Attorney Ingram was the Bar Association’s Lawyer of the Year in 1998 and received the Mahoning County Bar Association Professionalism Award in 2011.
