Jenna Delisio

Office Manager

Jenna graduated from The University of Toledo in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She lived in Las Vegas after graduation for 4 years while working at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in the Customer/Business relations division. When she returned back to Youngstown, she began working for Attorneys J. Gerald Ingram and Ryan Ingram in 2011 and has been the office manager since 2014. Jenna has over 15 years of customer service experience. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys spending time with friends and family, and playing bocce.

Emily DeVito

Billing Manager

Emily attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Youngstown State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. Emily worked in retail management for 8 years before joining the firm in 2016. She manages the firm’s personal injury practice relative to medical records, bills, liens, etc. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her dog, Sirius.

Evanna Nagy

Paralegal

Evanna graduated from South Range High School in 1988, and subsequently from Youngstown State University with an associate degree. She commenced work with Charles Dunlap in 1991. Evanna was certified as a professional legal secretary (PLS) through the National Association for Legal Professionals in 2002 and received the PLS award through the Ohio Association of Legal Secretaries in 1997. She also obtained her paralegal certificate through Youngstown State University in 1999.

Outside the office, Evanna loves spending time with her family and friends.
