A native of the Mahoning Valley, Frank L. Cassese graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School before attending the Ohio State University (B.A., 2008). He earned his law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2014.

Attorney Cassese’s practice is litigation-based with a focus on Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Business Litigation, and Criminal Defense. He has appeared before courts throughout the state of Ohio, and also litigates cases in the federal courts throughout the Northern District of Ohio.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Frank completed an internship with the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, clerked for Mahoning County Common Pleas Judge John Durkin, and worked at DeBartolo Sports and Entertainment, Inc. His family has owned and operated Cassese’s MVR since 1927.

Attorney Cassese is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and the United States District Court in the Northern District of Ohio. He is a trustee for the Mahoning County Bar Association, a member of the Nathaniel R. Jones American Inns of Court, the Ohio State Bar Association. In January of 2022, he was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40.

Attorney Cassese is a lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley. Frank is married to Jessica Cassese and has two children, Santino and Lorenzo.
